1. Definitions

A ‘Return’ is the process of sending back a product ordered from www.ojuslife.in. Returns may be necessary in the following circumstances:

  • The product(s) received do not match your order.
  • The product(s) received are expired or close to their expiry date (products with an expiry date of less than three months are considered near expiry).

Important: If the product you receive is damaged, please report this to the delivery personnel immediately.

In these situations, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help resolve it. Once we receive your Return/Refund request, we will verify its authenticity. If the request is found to be valid, we will proceed with the Return and Refund process. Refunds are processed only after receiving confirmation from our sales team regarding the product’s condition. Unfounded or unjustified complaints may result in legal action, with all associated costs borne by the customer.

Return Conditions:

  1. Returns are not accepted for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  2. The product’s batch number must match the invoice.
  3. Products must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including all tags, labels, barcodes.
  4. Only unopened products can be returned; partially used products are not eligible.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit www.ojuslifein and contact our support team via email or phone number provided between 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  2. Our sales team will verify your claim within 72 business hours of receipt.
  3. Once verified, you will need to send the product(s) back to us.
  4. Ensure the product(s) are packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned product(s).

3. Refund Procedure

If your return claim is approved, refunds will be issued as follows:

  1. For orders paid online, the refund will be credited back in kind.
  2. For orders paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.

4. Cancellation Guidelines

You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped by www.ojuslife.in. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
